HALLACAS

a very traditional Venezuelan celebration dinner.

A hallaca is a mixture of meats and vegetables wrapped in corn maize and steamed in banana leaf (similar to a Mexican tamale). We will be serving these alongside a number of other sweet and savoury South American festive dishes
