Homebeat – Carriages & Maria Somerville – Friday 4th July 2014

Chancery Lane was very unexpectedly shut down two weeks ago – one of those situations where the landlord comes in and changes the locks without any notice. A damn shame that another one of Dublin’s small independent venues has been lost.

It meant that all the shows that were booked in for the next month had to find other venues, so when Emmet from Homebeat asked us if we would host the Carriages Dublin tour date, we of course said yes. Homebeat normally put on intimate gigs in peoples living rooms, the odd time they branch out to established venues but always keep the vibe intimate and atmospheric. Looking forward to it.
