Venezuelan Street Food spiced black beans, avocado, garlic clotted cream, chill jam, tajadas (sweet plantains) + a watercress salad served with a choice of either Shredded beef OR pan fried haloumi and corn arepas

  With influences from West Africa to Portugal, this meal brings you the hot, sweet and sour flavours of the Caribbean. Choose between jerk goat and vegetable pepperpot stew, both served with coconut rice n peas, papaya salad and sunshine slaw.

Sep 14th – INJERA

The National dish of Ethiopia Teff pancake with a selection of colourful dips and sauces. smoked beet puree roasted honey peanuts kik alichi – turmeric lentil hummus abesha gomen – chili chard ayib – like a fresh feta cheese and choose between either DORO WAT (spiced lamb + beef) or MESIR WAT (spiced beans)

Sep 7th – SUMMER TOSTADAS

Blue corn tortillas topped with three summery aguachiles: grapefruit + avocado + mint tomatillo + grilled scallion + coriander ginger, radish + chamomile Choose seasonal greens or lime marinated blossom. Served with grilled corn and pickled jalapeno slaw.

August 31st – DHAL

yellow split pea dhal with coconut and cashew cream, pickled pink onion, nigella and coriander OR black beluga dhal with tomato, tamarind, fennel and mustard sunflower seeds   your choice of dhal comes with rice, fresh paratha, raita and courgette pickle

August 24th – PHO

The Vietnamese Classic Lightly poached flank steak in a vietnamese-spiced bone broth, fragrant herbs and rice noodles with home-made Sriracha. OR Vietnamese-spiced vegetable broth with tamari and sesame-marinated mushrooms, fragrant herbs, rice noodles and home-made Sriracha.

August 3rd – CARNITAS

Braised and roasted pigs head carnitas served with a selection of Mexican sauces, salsas, pickles and corn tortillas OR Black beans in guajillo, cascabel and ancho chile paste served with a selection of Mexican sauces, salsas, pickles and traditional corn tortillas

July 27th – KERALAN THALI

a selection of Keralan inspired thali dishes to include homemade paneer with kale and mustard seed, summer squash/ king prawn coconut curry, sweetheart cabbage thoran, tomato and lentil sambar, pickled pineapple  + fresh garlic and coriander naan
